Reporting from Apollo, Chennai
Joined Apollo.
Yesterday went in getting introduced to a few people and getting the medical check-up done.
Went back home quite late with a few adventures happening on the way. The Zen in which we were traveling broke down on the way from my previous house to the present house. Battery was down I believe. We pushed the vehicle and started it. And pushing a car is no joke especially when you have traveled with 65 kgs of weight from Hyd to Chennai the same morning!
I was dead tired by the time I reached home. Thank God for the a/c that Kirthana's father has got installed in the bedroom. I slept like a log. Didn't even notice KP's call.
Second day at Apollo. Sitting with a McKinsey report on Indian Healthcare Industry. I will just quote a few words from the report. "...it is furnished for information purposes only. Each recipient should conduct its own investigation and analysis of any such information contained in this report. No recipient is entitled to rely on the work of McKinsey & Company, Inc. contained in this report for any purpose. McKinsey and Company, Inc. makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of such information and expressly disclaims any and all liabilities based on such informations or on omissions therefrom..."
Ha! What's the use of giving the report then I say?! Useless fellows!
And anyway, by now you would have realised that I also am sitting with a computer and in internet connection!
Chennai morning 9.00AM = Hyderabad afternoon 2.00PM! Even Hyd had become extremely sultry before I left.
Thank God that I get to sit in an a/c office and have a F-I-L who can afford to present me an a/c so that I sleep in an a/c environment!
